 The production department has a total of 20 employees, and the production equipment is listed as follows:

The quality inspection department has a total of 5 staff members, including 3 online inspectors who are responsible for initial inspection and regular size inspections of products, and 2 outgoing inspection staff who are responsible for random inspections of finished products before shipment.
 The business department is divided into domestic and overseas business, with 4 domestic business personnel and 5 overseas business personnel.

Quality Control

  • First Article Inspection
    The quick connector is composed of multiple components, and each component must undergo rigorous inspection of all dimensions after the first product produced after the machine is adjusted. Only after confirming that the dimensions are correct can production continue. Otherwise, further equipment adjustment is required.
  • Process inspection
    A sample check is conducted every two hours to prevent quality anomalies caused by equipment or tool malfunctions.
  • Final Inspection
    Before assembly, a random sample of the dimensions of each component will be checked to ensure that they meet product specifications. If no issues are found, assembly can proceed. After assembly, the assembled quick connector will be paired with the corresponding male connector for a real-time fitting test to ensure smooth connection. Functional testing will then be conducted to confirm that there is no water leakage.
  • Outgoing Inspection
    First, a sample of finished products is inspected to confirm whether the dimensions meet the requirements.
    Then, the appearance is checked to ensure that there are no burrs, scratches, etc. Finally, a reasonable packaging method is determined.
